okpok Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okpok platform and all its services. "okpok", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the okpok.lat website and all its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who accesses this platform or uses its services.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement. By using okpok's services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1 Age Requirement and Identity Verification

To register at okpok and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• okpok may request a government-issued ID for identity verification at any time.
• In the event of false information being provided, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be withheld.
• Each individual may create only one account.

2 Geographic Restrictions

okpok provides services to Bangladeshi users. Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use this platform. The responsibility for complying with applicable local laws rests entirely with the user.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpok account username and password. Allowing third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.

• If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Suspension or Closure

okpok may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or improper activity.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonus terms.
• Irregularities or suspicious activity in financial transactions.
• Evidence of the account holder's death or incapacity.

In the event of account closure, okpok will consider returning any valid balance; however, any amount earned through prohibited activity will be forfeited.

5 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at okpok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from registered payment accounts.
• Use of third-party accounts or borrowed cards is strictly prohibited.
• For any technical issues related to deposits, contact support immediately.
• okpok does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, the payment provider may apply their own fees.

6 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10–45 minutes.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for the bonus has not been met.
• okpok reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.

7 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

To withdraw the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: bonus amount × 15. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• The bonus will be given once only, per member.
• Real money cannot be withdrawn before the bonus terms are fulfilled.
• okpok reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, okpok may cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

8 VIP Program

okpok's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The detailed terms for VIP tiers and cashback benefits are set by okpok and are subject to change. All promotional offers, VIP benefits, and cashback are at okpok's discretion.

9 Misconduct and Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpok platform:

• Playing games using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or family accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Using or distributing the platform's intellectual property without permission.
• Hacking, data scraping, or any form of cyber attack.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and relevant authorities may be notified.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okpok platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of okpok or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, storage, and use of users' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you are also accepting the Privacy Policy.

• Personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Information may be used for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data.

12 Service Availability

okpok strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. okpok is not liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

okpok accepts no liability for the outcome of transactions affected by network disconnections or device-related issues.

13 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okpok is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any circumstance, okpok's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

14 Complaints and Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We review all complaints fairly and impartially.

• After a complaint is received, our team will begin an investigation.
• The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
• okpok's decision will be considered final, unless otherwise determined through arbitration or legal proceedings.

15 Severability

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid by a court or arbitration tribunal, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect with that provision removed.

16 Play Responsibly

okpok believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Never bet beyond your means.
• Avoid playing while under the influence of alcohol or when under emotional stress.
• Increasing bets to recover losses is a sign of problem gambling.
